Comlux is currently seeking a full-time Sales Engineer to join our Sales team. The position will be based in our Dubai office in, to work alongside an international and young energetic team. The position will report to the Executive Vice President Commercial Operations.

Skills and Experience Required

• Aviation Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the aviation industry, with a strong preference for knowledge of corporate aircraft.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office and Adobe Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Market Insight: Ability to perform market research and competitive intelligence to assess aircraft transaction opportunities and market trends.
• A professional Engineering degree is highly preferred.

• Self-Motivated: Capable of delivering high performance independently, even when working remotely as part of a globally distributed sales team.
• Team Player: Willing to support colleagues and their clients as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Time Management: Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, identifying which inquiries need immediate attention and which can be addressed later.
• Responsibility: Ability to balance personal and work life effectively according to the team roster, managing ad-hoc business needs.
• Conscientious Reporting: Attentive to detail in basic reporting of sales and hot prospects, despite the fast-paced nature of the business.
• Procedure Adherence: Strong attention to detail and accustomed to following established procedures.
• Effective Communicator: Strong communication and listening skills, essential for working closely with finance, operations, and management teams.

Responsibilities

•Market Research and Prospection: •


• Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to identify aircraft transaction opportunities and market trends.
• Maintain and update internal aircraft and CRM databases.
• Design and launch key campaigns for prospection.
• Enhance market awareness and generate new leads through targeted advertising campaigns.
• Identify and qualify potential customers and leads.

•Sales Engineering: •


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Create materials and digital tools to promote aircraft sales, including product presentations, side-by-side comparisons, and technical briefs.
• Develop digital marketing assets such as leaflets, brochures, and one-pagers.
• Perform detailed technical analyses of aircraft, including appraisals, performance evaluations, and operating cost studies.
• Prepare aircraft listings and provide reporting to aircraft owners.
