Key Role :

In-depth knowledge of the MEP and HVAC market, including competitor products, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Excellent one to one contacts and relationship with MEP consultants and contractors. Expertise of meeting the contractor at an award stage thereby negotiating for the best price and best payment terms. Experience in proposal development and Contractor Interface. Ensure right documents like manuals, warranty letters are issued on time. Coordinate with Procurement to ensure every aspect of the project is completed on time
