Job Overview:
We are looking for Sales Engineer that will be responsible for driving sales efforts for our company, developing new business relationships, and providing technical expertise to our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of both engineering principles and sales techniques, allowing the engineer to effectively communicate technical specifications and solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to generate new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to clients, ensuring solutions meet their needs and requirements.
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and technologies.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's offerings.
• Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Proven experience in a sales engineering role or technical sales position.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
