Is responsible for promoting and selling adhesive products to various industries such as Wood Working, manufacturing, and construction. They identify potential customers, understand their adhesive needs, and recommend suitable products. Required to work alongside technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and should be able to conduct product demonstrations. This role requires strong communication skills and product knowledge to effectively convey the benefits of adhesive solutions.
Responsibilities
• Identify and target potential clients in need of adhesive solutions.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide expert guidance on adhesive product applications.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Generate sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with the product development team to understand the latest adhesive products and innovations.
• Attend industry trade shows and events to represent the company and promote adhesive products.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business/ marketing / chemical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative / Engineer or similar roles, preferably in the adhesive or chemical industry in UAE / GCC.
• Strong understanding of adhesive products and their applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / CRM software.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills, particularly Arabic, are advantageous.
• UAE DL is Mandatory.
