Urgent Hiring

As a Sales Engineer for HVAC, you will be responsible for driving sales of HVAC products and solutions to both new and existing clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, providing technical expertise, and offering customized HVAC solutions to meet their requirements. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their HVAC needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on HVAC products, systems, and applications.
• Collaborate with engineering team to develop customized HVAC solutions that meet client specifications.
• Support the sales team in identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and delivering presentations to prospective clients.
• Oversee the execution of HVAC projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to HVAC systems and technologies.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's HVAC product portfolio, features, and benefits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Need to have own car.
• Salary + Commission basis (1 - 2%).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years UAE experience with HVAC design and engineering.
• Familiarity with building codes, standards, and regulations related to HVAC systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
