Develop individual sales plans based on sales targets.
Negotiate and sign contracts with customers on behalf of the company, solve problems on time, and provide services consultation for customers.
Collect and record customer information on CRM system as well as track and contact customers per plan.
Identify the potential customers and new customers, be responsible as well as customer relationship maintenance,
Maintained key customer contact, timely understood and provided customers with the products or services requirements, sought feedback from customers on product experience, and assist in handling customer complaints. Maintain the company's brand image.
Avoid the risk of payment, timely reconciling with customers, recovering timely accounts receivable, and collection of accounts receivable.
According to the department's work arrangement, conduct research and information collection on customers, competitors, and market conditions, and propose product planning, marketing strategy, brand promotion, and after-sales service.
Participate in the discussion and participation of new product promotion to determine the implementation details of new product promotion.
Understand the market, customer base and market share of competitor products. Maximize product advantages and develop an effective plan for sales activity.
Follow Company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of tenders, sales contracts, etc.
Arrange meetings for senior management with prospect clients.
Maintain knowledge of all (existing and new) products and services of the Company.
Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting and maintain short- and long-term business development plans.
Create and maintain a list/database of prospective clients along with existing clients by updating the client information in the system.
Do cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients and arrange meetings.
Understand client needs and offer solutions and support; answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions; and respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
Immediately notify your supervisor of any mistakes or complaints arising from the preparation or submission of quotations. Ensure prompt communication and documentation of any issues encountered in the quotation process, directing them to the supervisor for resolution and follow-up.
Assume responsibility in the event of discovering any misplaced accessories, promptly reporting and taking necessary corrective actions. Maintain accountability for the whereabouts of accessories, promptly notify relevant personnel about any missing items and cooperating in their recovery or replacement.
Organize and conduct a minimum of 45 client visit Activities per month in alignment with company objectives.
Achieve and document the specified number of client visits monthly, ensuring effective engagement, fostering relationships, and contributing to the company's client relationship goals.
