Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer with expertise in fire AMC, fitout, and project sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in fire protection systems, coupled with proven sales experience and a deep understanding of the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market for fire AMC, fitout projects, and related fire safety solutions.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with the technical team to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements and budget constraints.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company policies.
• Coordinate with project management and engineering teams to ensure smooth handover and execution of sold projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the fire protection industry in the UAE, specifically in fire AMC, fitout, and projects.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems and standards (e.g., NFPA, UAE Fire and Life Safety Code).
• UAE driving license and willingness to travel as required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
