Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, building and maintaining customer relationships, handling sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and will assist in creating proposals and technical presentations for customers.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service
• Ability to understand technical specifications of products to provide support to customers
• Experience in the industrial supply industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and work cross-functionally
• Strong interpersonal, listening, questioning, presentation, and communication skills (written and oral).
• Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
