Location: UAE Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer with a background in fire and security systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, a strong technical background, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth in the UAE market. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base for fire and security systems.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, including system design, product selection, and application.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our fire and security systems.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to fire and security systems.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales of fire and security systems in the UAE.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems, firefighting systems, CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
