Location: UAE Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer with a background in fire and security systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, a strong technical background, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth in the UAE market. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base for fire and security systems.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Provide technical expertise and support to clients, including system design, product selection, and application.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our fire and security systems.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to fire and security systems.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales of fire and security systems in the UAE.
Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm systems, firefighting systems, CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid UAE driving license.
