The impact you will have in this role : As a member of the Global Sales and Business Development team, the Sales Engineer Director will support the growth of DTCC's Digital Assets business. DTCC Digital Assets is a market-leading innovator in the development of institutional-grade, compliance-aware tokenization, account management, and decentralized finance technology based on blockchain. Your Primary Responsibilities :
Partner with sales team to meet growth targets
Plan and develop complex solutions and deliver demos to prospects
Provide technical expertise across sales lifecycle
Inform, influence, and support product design/management as well as operational processes as a function of new relationships or new product implementations
Collaborate with business partners on the development of client solutions, RFPs, presentations
Partner with marketing and business in the creation of sales collateral
Collaborate with global sales and relationship management team to support client engagement
Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Experience in blockchain and digital asset ecosystem
Strong understanding of financial services
Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across different functions
