Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development :
• Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities within the CNC and manufacturing sectors.
• Promote the company's CNC products, machinery, and services to both new and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential and existing client organizations.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives by strategically planning sales efforts.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to customers.
• Technical Consultation :
• Assess customer needs and provide expert technical guidance to recommend suitable CNC solutions (machine tools, automation systems, software, etc.).
• Provide in-depth product knowledge, explaining the benefits and capabilities of CNC products.
• Assist customers in solving technical challenges related to CNC machines and applications.
• Support customers in product selection, application, and after-sales support.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, quotations, and pricing for customers based on their specifications and requirements.
• Follow up on leads and negotiate contracts with customers.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis :
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitors' offerings.
• Monitor and analyze market demand to identify new sales opportunities and niches.
• Regularly update senior management on the status of sales activities, market conditions, and competitor strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Education & Experience :
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in CNC machine sales or technical sales is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with CNC programming, CAD/CAM software, and CNC machine tools is a plus.
