Job Title: Sales Engineer - Aluminum & Facade

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Engineer with a strong background in Aluminum and Facade systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales within the UAE market, particularly in the construction or architectural industries, with a focus on high-quality aluminum and facade products. The role involves working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver customized solutions for building facades, while ensuring the company's products and services meet the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Business Development :
• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with key clients in the UAE.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to project closure and after-sales support.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, cost estimations, and quotations for aluminum and facade projects.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients while ensuring favorable margins for the company.
• Technical Expertise :
• Provide technical consultation and support for clients regarding aluminum and facade systems.
• Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate facade materials and aluminum solutions based on their project needs and budget.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop technical solutions for complex projects.
• Project Coordination :
• Liaise between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate the timely delivery of products and services, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis :
• Stay up to date with market trends, product innovations, and competitor activities in the aluminum and facade sector.
• Provide insights into market demands and contribute to the development of new business strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
• Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or technical sales roles within the Aluminum and Facade industry in the UAE.
• Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of aluminum products, facade systems, curtain walls, glazing, and related materials.
• Education : A degree in Engineering , Architecture , Construction Management , or a related field is preferred.
• UAE Experience : Must have proven experience working in the UAE market and knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Driving License : A valid UAE driving license is required.
• Language Skills : Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Key Skills :
• Strong technical understanding of aluminum and facade systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer orientation and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
