The Digiai Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales and business development efforts for Digiai's range of digital and automation solutions. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their requirements, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. The Sales Engineer acts as a bridge between technical teams and customers, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for Digiai's digital transformation and industrial automation solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers, explaining product features and benefits.
Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Digiai division.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote Digiai's products and services.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in digital solutions, automation, or industrial sectors.
Strong understanding of digital transformation, IoT, automation systems, and software solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving and customer-centric approach.
