A multinational entrance automation and access solutions company is urgently looking for a Sales Engineer to be based in Abu Dhabi.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESLearn and understand the product features, function and applications related to the various industry requirements.Understanding the specifications & ability to read engineering drawings.Directs and Coordinates promotion of Residential Garage Doors and Industrial Doors & Docks Fragmented Markets, increase market share in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain Region and obtain competitive position within the industry.The approach will include door-to-door market coverage to enhance our market penetration.Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers, consultants and contractorsEducate consultants and specifiers and direct end-users on the products specification and application along with the service offering.Proactively generating new business opportunities by regularly meeting new leads in the market.Maintaining good relationship with existing customers and generating opportunities for maintenance contracts, replacement sales & upgradations.Preparing the compliance statement.Preparation of calculation, sales offer, obtaining price request.Preparation of quotes, timely follow-ups, site visits, Preparation of Pre-qualification documents, technical submittals, coordination with Projects team for shop drawing submissions and approvals.Payment follow ups.Designing and delivering product presentations based on the necessities and competitive sales condition.Forecasting sales budgets and strategies necessary to successively compete in the market.Lost order reporting to understand the areas of improvement and enhance our approach.ROLE EXPECTATIONSMeeting agreed annual sales goals and targets.What we are looking forYou should have 2-xc2xac3 years relevant experience in selling engineering products, service contracts and customized solutions in the Construction & end user Sector. You have Knowledge of Architects & Engineering Consultants, End users & Contractors in UAE market and good contacts.You are an ambitious, self-motivated and flexible person with the ability to sell the right solution based on the customer needs and wants. You have an open and honest attitude and are a team player.
