Sales Engineer - Mechanical/Electrical (Fire and Safety)

Position Overview: As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for selling fire and safety products, systems, and services. You will work closely with clients to understand their fire safety needs and provide tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles, excellent sales skills, and a passion for safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities in the fire and safety industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide recommendations for fire and safety solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for fire safety systems (e.g., fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, emergency lighting, etc.).
• Provide technical support during the sales process, including product presentations, demonstrations, and training.
• Work with internal teams (engineering, project management, etc.) to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and new product offerings.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of fire protection systems, safety equipment, and relevant standards (NFPA, EN, etc.).
• Strong technical background in mechanical and/or electrical engineering.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Experience in project management and customer service is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresher
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
