Industry: Oil & Gas

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Qualification: B.SC or a B.Tech

Experience: 6-8 years of UAE experience

Salary: AED 6.5k (slightly negotiable)

Requirements:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor products, and industry developments.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and supply chain.

- Develop technical documentation, manuals, and product specifications.

- Ensure all material ordered is fully compliant with the client requirements.

- Establish strong relationships and network with new/existing customers to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

- Experience in handling products like pipes and fittings, valves etc.

- Experience in working on SAP Ariba

- Handling international shipments with sound knowledge of INCOTERMS.

- Liaise with the internal teams to achieve company goals.

- Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.

- Make technical presentations and demonstrate how our products will meet client needs.

- Manage and interpret customer requirements by combining technical knowledge with sales skills to respond to clients' queries.

- Monitor sales performance and analyse sales metrics for improvement.

- Negotiate and close sales by agreeing on terms and conditions and solving client problems.

- Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote products and network with potential clients.

- Preparation of RFQs, RFPs, Biddings, tenders, delivery notes and invoices.

- Provide post-sales support to assist clients with technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Provide training to clients on the technical aspects of products.

- Record and maintain clients' contact data.

- Search for new clients who could benefit from our products within UAE.
