We are Facilities Management based in Abu Dhabi City. We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Engineer in Facility management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in elevator systems and a proven track record in sales. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop leads and Follow-up on new Projects / business opportunities coming-up covering the complete in the Abu Dhabi market.
- Establishing relationship with new and existing customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Preparing and submitting techno-commercial quotations asper customers requirements
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct sales & leads reports.
- Assist in Sales strategy formulation.
- Provide excellent customer service and support through follow-up.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Accounts & Marketing.
- Keeping up to date with business development and new product lines.
- Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
- Bachelors degree preferably in a technical /engineering stream, with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the UAE in a similar techno- commercial role.
- Previous experience in the Abu Dhabi market with existing contacts and relationships with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, ID Designers and Joineries etc. in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain regions.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to achieve customer satisfaction through meeting their unique requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field
- Experience working in a sales-oriented role, preferably in business consultancy services
- Knowledge of UAE market regulations and practices is a plus
- Competitive salary (depending upon experience)+ commission
- Driving license
