As Kamstrup is expanding in the Middel-East, we are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who can support this growth. With direct reference to our Partner Team Lead, you will become part of a smaller but global team within our Heat/Colling division consisting of 5 people located in Denmark, Romania, and Canada. More specifically, you will be working at our Dubai office, where you will collaborate closely with 4 colleagues who are responsible for Kamstrups sales in the Middle-East. Together, we strive to provide excellent experience and support for our channel partners around the world. In order to do so, we share insights and always strive to win as a team while having fun along the way.
A job with focus on supporting and empowering partner sales In this newly established position as Sales Enablement Specialist, your main responsibility will be to empower both our internal sales teams, and partners, with the necessary knowledge, materials, and tools to enhance their selling abilities. In close collaboration with colleagues, channel partners and local consultants you will be defining our partner enablement priorities to support Kamstrups strategy to develop partner sales in the Middle East. More specially you will be:
Creating materials and tools aimed at enabling partner sales
Providing sales and product training to channel partners and our internal sales team Providing effective onboarding for channel partners serving as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams
Personality matters We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who is ready to help us develop our partner sales program and take it to new heights. Your educational background is not crucial, but we expect that you have at least 5 years of experience within Sales Excellence or with partner/distributor enablement from a technical sales organization. Furthermore, you must have a technical understanding and experience with CRM tools and sales processes. As a person you pride yourself on your attention to details and your commitment to deliver high quality content. You possess great communicative skills and always greet your surroundings with a smile. You thrive in a global environment with many stakeholders from all levels within the organization. It is a requirement that you speak and write English fluently. Proficiency in other local languages is considered an advantage.
