Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and proactive researcher to focus on generating and enriching prospect company profile and contact information into our CRM to support our sales efforts. A successful candidate will have a background in sales and lead research, with a strong ability to find and enrich high quality, relevant companies and people. The Sales Enablement Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales and business development team by supporting the sales team in additional activities that support sales efforts in building a healthy and strong sales pipeline including additional activities such as allocations, revenue assessments and event support.You will work alongside our business development and sales team to build processes around sales research and identify patterns of company/prospect targets that convert well to customers. You should have strong curiosity, and the skills to turn that curiosity into results through persistent research, the development of processes, technical skills to collect and import data to a CRM, and the ability to work with the sales team to measure quality.Key Responsibilities: * Contact Research & Verification:
  • Develop an understanding of our target customers across various industries, job titles, and functionality areas.
  • Conduct research, collect, clean and verify contact information for hotel executives (General Managers, Directors of Finance, Revenue, Rooms and Commercial, Director of F&B).
  • Conduct phone calls and emails to validate information accuracy.
  • CRM & Sales Cadence Management:
  • Import data into the CRM and maintain/manage relevant lists, segmentation, tagging, and data quality
  • Segment contacts by role, region, and brand for targeted cadences.
  • Work with BI team in assigning contacts to Sales & BD Team based on region-specific campaigns.
  • Sales Enablement Support:
  • Work alongside the sales team to enhance and improve lead quality and tactics for reaching the correct audience
  • Provide tailored contact lists for events, ensuring accurate targeting.
  • Conduct pre-event research and prepare prospect lists for sales and business development teams.
  • Create and manage sales content for outreach cadences, including email templates and introductory messages.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and report on data accuracy, cadence engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Analyse key metrics to identify trends and optimize contact sourcing and lead generation strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work with marketing to create sales collateral, such as case studies, presentations, and brochures.
  • Support the sales team with market research insights and competitor analysis.
  • Work with CEO & President on revenue assessment reports.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a research, sales enablement, or data management and enrichment role.
  • Exceptional phone interaction skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and outreach platforms.
  • Familiarity with contact information and lead generation tools (LinkedIn, Lusha, LeadIQ, Apollo.io).
  • Advance knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new information related to improving processes.
