Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business and maintain existing client relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying leads, engaging with prospective customers, presenting our products/services, and closing sales. You will be the face of WIZARD IMMIGRATION SERVICES and a key player in helping us achieve our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and generate leads through various methods (cold calling, networking, inbound inquiries, social media, etc.).
Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process and close sales deals, ensuring all customer requirements are met and value is delivered.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking progress against goals and adjusting strategies as necessary.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to position WIZARD IMMIGRATION SERVICES effectively in the marketplace.
CRM Management : Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using [CRM software].
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to post-sales support.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 1 years of sales experience, preferably in Sales. Experience with B2B or B2C sales is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn about our products/services and communicate their value to customers.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools. Familiarity with [specific industry tools] is a plus.
Self-Motivated: Results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed and achieve sales targets.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
