We are looking for passionate Jewelry Sales Staff (Senior & Junior) to join our highly successful sales team.

Job Requirements:
- Passion about sales and jewellery.
- Self-motivated to help team members and achieve sales target.
- Previous Experience in fine jewellery sales with good knowledge about diamonds and gemstones.
- The fluency of both languages: Arabic & English
- Excellent customer service
- Great selling and communication skills
- Ready to join immediately

Key Responsibilities
- Inspire customers and exceed their expectations by providing a luxury selling experience to all by using your excellent product and brand knowledge.
- Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals, enhancing and developing the business.
- Ensure customer loyalty by collecting customer information, thus building and maintaining a clientele base.
- Advising customers on general information about product/brand heritage, features, warranties and trends and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for luxury products.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service experience to after-sales customer visiting the stores by following the store's after-sales processes and ensures full adherence to repair/return policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
