Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate the company's products/services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales strategies and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Experience: Fresher or any sales experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
