• •Manage online quoting and booking tools to ensure fast and timely delivery of information•
• •Direct communication with the company's tour operators and sales executives•
• •Understand the needs of sales executives Respect the policies and operating procedures established by the company.•
• •Comply with the service protocol according to the assigned channel, respecting the established guidelines.•
#### •Job Experience •
• •Experience in tour operators and knowledge of tourist destinations•
• •Experience in sales and customer service•
• •Experience in online tools for quoting and booking tourist services•
• •Knowledge of Office, handling of Google tools, sending emails, meeting agendas, among others.•
• •Working hours: Monday to Sunday, retail hours•
