Reporting to the CEO and Founder, you\'ll play a crucial role in leadership, knowledge and network in the Fintech, Broker-, Crypto- and Real Estate markets.
Take charge of strategy for growing, generating revenue and creating long term customer partners.
Engage in meaningful conversations with clients, understanding their needs, focusing on generating leads, implementing smart sales strategies, and delivering & maintaining high-value contacts.
Key Candidate Criteria
10 years of sales experience in our sectors (Real Estate, Fintech, Brokerage), including a minimum of 5 years in managerial roles.
Candidates from other Software / IT / Web3 background can also be considered.
In-depth knowledge of the ins and outs of brokerage, real estate, and blockchain/crypto domains, showcasing expertise in market shifts, trends, and customer preferences.
Navigate from strategic planning to hands-on execution, with meticulous attention to practical details.
Proven track record in setting and attaining goals, monitoring performance metrics, and revenue growth.
Knows industry trends, emerging technologies.
