This role will lead sales efforts to meet and exceed sales targets and will develop sales plans to maximize the performance of the sales team. Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Lead, recruit, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of opportunity and develop plans to maximize sales.
- Provide feedback and support to sales team to ensure goals are met.
- Develop sales plans to maximize the performance of the sales team.
- Create sales reports and track progress against sales goals.
- Utilize CRM software to track and analyze customer information.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in Real Estate.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing at least 10-20 Real Estate Agents at once
