Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director for Telecom Solutions across the Africa region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with key telecom carrier clients in Southern and Northern Africa, including South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, and Morocco. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in Southern and Northern Africa. Build and maintain strong relationships with telecom carrier clients, ensuring high satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly. Lead and mentor sales teams to meet objectives and exceed targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence across the region. Candidate Profile: Experience: Proven track record in telecom sales, particularly with antennas and RF products. Experience with companies like ZTE, Huawei, or Commscope is preferred. Qualifications: Local candidates from Southern and Northern Africa. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Bachelor's degree or higher. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. High emotional intelligence, agility, and adaptability. Proactive problem solver with strategic thinking abilities.
