Job Description

Sales Director will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of brokers, driving overall sales performance, and ensuring the success of our property listings and platforms. This leadership role requires a blend of analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, and hands-on coaching to develop our sales team and improve performance across all key metrics.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and Manage Broker Team:

Oversee and motivate a high-performing team of brokers to consistently meet and exceed sales targets in the Dubai market.

Coaching and Development:

Provide mentorship, training, and continuous coaching to brokers, helping them improve their sales techniques and drive their professional growth.

Platform and Listing Management:

Monitor and manage the performance of property listings across various platforms to ensure visibility, engagement, and conversions.

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company goals. Regularly assess market trends, local regulations, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve in the Dubai real estate market.

Data-Driven Insights:

Utilize data analytics to assess sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the team.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and effective support for brokers.

Client Relationship Management:

Foster strong relationships with clients, providing high-level support for key accounts and contributing to business development efforts.

Required Qualifications:



Minimum 5 years

of experience in real estate sales leadership or as a senior broker within the Dubai real estate market. Proven experience managing and coaching a sales team in the UAE. Strong background in real estate listing platforms, CRM software, and industry tools. Analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements. In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, trends, and regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A results-driven approach with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
