Job Overview:
Property Solvers is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and grow our real estate sales team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performance teams, driving sales strategies, and building strong client relationships. As a strategic leader, you will motivate and mentor agents to achieve sales targets while upholding the company's values and standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and collective sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and success.
• Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute sales strategies that drive business expansion and enhance market share in the UAE real estate sector.
• Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools to succeed.
• Work closely with sales and marketing to optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Stay informed about market trends, industry regulations, and emerging opportunities to ensure the team remains competitive and responsive to changes.
• Regularly create, maintain, and present detailed performance reports on agents, sales activities, and market performance to the management team.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional work environment that aligns with the company's values and goals.
Qualification and Requirements:
o Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in real estate.
o Extensive experience in UAE real estate brokerage, with deep knowledge of the market dynamics and regulations.
o Fluency in English (written and spoken). Additional proficiency in a second language (Arabic, Russian, etc.) is a plus.
o UAE Driving License and own car required.
o Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
o Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within real estate.
o Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Outstanding leadership qualities, with a focus on team building, motivation, and coaching.
o Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adjust to changing market conditions.
o Excellent proficiency in real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
o At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
