We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our Dubai Real Estate sales division. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing teams within the dynamic Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals.
Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closures.
Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide strategic insights to senior management.
Ensure team adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
Drive the sales of Off-Plan properties and ensure expert knowledge is held by the team.
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
Report directly to senior management, providing regular updates on sales performance and market conditions.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Sales Director role within the Dubai Real Estate market.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its regulations.
Fluency in English and Hindi.
Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
Ability to commute to Dubai Investments Park (Onsite role).
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Immediate availability is preferred.
