The Role
Are you a proven Sales Director or Senior Manager within the Real Estate industry in Dubai, and keen on a new challenge with an exciting and award-winning agency? If so, we are currently looking for a Sales Director to join our clients, a rapidly expanding and award-winning agency in Dubai. They have a fantastic reputation and have enjoyed a successful year, with multiple office expansions and significant growth in all areas of the business. Due to this, they are looking for a proven Sales Director to help train, coach and expand the Sales Team. The successful Sales Director will be offered: - 25,000 - 35,000 AED basic - 100,000 AED on target earnings - Working Visa - Medical insurance - Monthly awards and incentives - Close team environment and team-building activities - A modern and well-designed office with an in-house barista! As a Sales Director, your role will involve the following: - Managing and Training the Sales Team - Support and assist agents in negotiating and closing deals. - Achieve sales revenue targets. - Identify and implement processes in order to help the division grow. - Conduct team and individual meetings - Managing KPIs for Team - Reporting performance to the CEO

Requirements
To be considered for the Sales Director role, you must have the following: - Minimum 5 years of experience within the Dubai real estate market - Minimum 3 years Management experience - Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal - Strong leadership skills - Ability to train and coach staff - Driving licence
