SALES DIRECTOR FRAGRANCES AND COSMETICS - BEAUTE LUXE GROUP

ABOUT US:

With headquarters located in Dubai, Beaute Luxe Group is one of the undisputed leaders in the distribution of international luxury fragrances and cosmetics brands in the Africa region.

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team, focusing on driving sales and expanding our presence in the region . This role is pivotal to our growth strategy and involves managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

This position reports directly to our CEO .

- Minimum 7 years of experience in major international groups

- Proven experience with key accounts and international brands

- Experience in travel retail is highly recommended (cross-industry accepted)

- Team management experience

- Fluent in English and French

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sales and Key Account Management:

o Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy.

o Manage and grow sales with existing accounts to fulfill company objectives.

o Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the top management.

o Create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

2. Market Development:

o Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.

o Develop and implement strategies to expand our presence in new markets.

o Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the region.

o Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

3. Team Leadership:

o Lead and motivate a team of Area Managers to achieve targets and objectives.

o Provide training and development to ensure the team is knowledgeable and effective.

o Foster a positive and dynamic work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

o Bachelor's degree / MBA degree in Business or a related field.

o Minimum 7 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Director within major international companies

o Proven experience with key accounts within an international environment

o Strong knowledge of the travel retail market and emerging markets is highly recommended

o Dynamic profile with excellent communication and presentation skills

o Proven ability to manage and grow existing accounts

o Willingness to travel (up to 30% of the time)

o Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

o Objective-driven and proactive

o Fluent in English and French.

COMPENSATION:

o Salary: AED 30,000 to 35,000 per month + bonus up to 10% of salary

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month

• Travel Retail: 3 years (Preferred)
• Emerging Markets: 3 years (Preferred)
• Team Management: 5 years (Required)

• English (fluent, C1 or C2) (Required)
• French (at least B2) (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driving Licence (Required)

Location:

Willingness to travel:
