The role will manage the sales force of the Company, leading all aspects of the sale process and implementation of assigned projects, providing a single point of contact for those projects. The role reports to the Chief Real Estate Officer and supervises all internal BU and Department Heads and employees. Main Role Requirements: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in similar roles (in real estate sales management), out of which a minimum of 5 years at the top management level/Corporate level/Board level. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree or master's, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, Specialized Professional Courses, or International Strategic Leadership Programs. Key Activities:
Lead in developing the overall vision, mission, and business direction for the Sales Department. Implement and achieve the goals and business objectives agreed with the Chief Real Estate Officer, manage strategic initiatives, establish business/functional strategy, annual budget and future forecast, and measure performance of Sales initiatives. Manage the Sales Department. Recommend the Sales Projects/Plans to the Group Chairman for approval, including sector, geography, investment size, period, etc. Prepare and present inputs related to organizational/departmental/project budgets to the next reporting line. Manage and control the actual cost versus budget on a periodic basis and provide financial reports/data related to the department/divisional/project's financial performance.
