The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
Lead and manage the sales team to ensure maximum performance and productivity
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
Conduct regular sales meetings and provide sales reports to the senior management team
Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Review and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a Director or Lead role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the Facility management sector: mainly in sales not in services
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the cleaning and hygiene industry is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
