We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director for our Dubai office. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team to ensure continuous success and growth.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends within the iGaming industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals to enhance business growth.
• Mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and collective targets.
• Organise regular training sessions to upskill the sales team.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand market presence in Asia.
• Collaborate with other departments in strategic planning and execution.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management.
• Analyse sales performance and implement improvements where necessary.
• Utilise CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and client information.

The Successful Candidate:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Business Development or related fields, with a proven track record in the GCC region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of any Asian language is an advantage.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai and travel as required.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, onsite position in Dubai, UAE.
• Standard business hours with potential for occasional overtime.
• Travel within Asia may be required.
