The Role

Location: Dubai Job Type: Full-Time We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team, develop strategic business initiatives, and drive the continued success of our organization. Responsibilities: o Lead, motivate, and manage a team of high-performing sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets. o Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans. o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and expand our market share. o Establish strong relationships with key clients, developers, and investors to ensure long-term business partnerships. o Track, analyse, and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitors to drive strategic decisions and improve sales processes. o Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to the sales team to help them achieve personal and professional growth. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). o 4+ years of experience in a senior sales management role, preferably in real estate brokerage firm, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets. o Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team. o Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. o In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry dynamics. o Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions. o Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools. o Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
