The Role
• This position typically involves overseeing and coordinating all sales activities related to the company's real estate developments. - The role is critical to driving the success of the company's projects and achieving its sales targets by developing Sales Strategies: Creating comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and target market. - This includes identifying potential buyers and investors, setting sales goals, and determining pricing and promotional strategies.
Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree, along with any relevant professional qualifications or certifications in sales, is preferred. - At least 6 years of experience in a leadership role within sales, with a proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets, is required. - Experience with master developers, construction companies, or mixed-use development projects is highly preferred. - A valid UAE driving license is a must.
