:Job Summary:The Sales Director will lead the sales operations for a leading real estate and property development company in Dubai. This strategic role drives sales growth, develops and implements sales strategies, and manages a high-performing team to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales management, an extensive network, and in-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market.Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching.
Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and implement corrective measures when necessary.
Ensure maximum profitability through effective pricing strategies and client negotiation.
Oversee key client relationships, negotiating and closing high-value deals with developers, investors, and individual buyers.
Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Monitor customer satisfaction, gathering feedback to enhance service offerings and address concerns.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate sector.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular reports to senior management.
Work closely with marketing and finance teams to align sales efforts with the companys branding and financial objectives.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure sales strategies are aligned with the product offering and delivery timelines.
Partner with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and ensure a strong presence in the market.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and property development sector.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
