Position: Sales Director for Real Estate Developer Company
The sales director will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by actively establishing and maintaining brokerage relationships to deliver the support they require to prioritize and present our products to their clients and partners. You will manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure while delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.
•Key Responsibilities: •
• Developing new business opportunities, and prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales targets.
• Building and managing a strong network of brokerages, brokers, and freelancers to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Maintaining an extensive database of Brokers/Channel Partners/Individual Clients.
• Presenting projects (Anantara Zanzibar, and upcoming Dubai Luxury building) to potential clients. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
• Attending meetings, conferences, and events with clients to build relationships with existing accounts.
• Attend meetings with brokerages to build relationships with existing accounts.
• Achieving client relationship targets and KPI's as set by the Head of Sales.
• Updating the CRM and ensuring account managers are aware of changes within clients.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
•Qualifications: •
• Proven sales experience, including strategic sales, business-to-business sales, and account management organization.
• Developer experience is a must.
• Proven experience managing brokerages and brokers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-Starter ability, strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of sales experience in a Real Estate Development company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Excellent presentation skills are a must
• Fluency in Russian, and Chinese is an advantage.
• Target-driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per month
