Leading and a team of Sales Executives setting clear performance expectations and conducting regular performance reviews.
Building and maintaining strong relationships, ideally having an existing client database as well.
Analyzing market and sales data and developing new markets to sell the portfolio of properties.
Understanding local and international markets and the changing requirements of clients.
Developing and implementing sales strategies for continual improvement of department performance.
Accountable for achieving residential sales targets received from specified properties.
Develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress and ensure the achievement of sales goals.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the real estate projects, including features, benefits, and unique selling points, to effectively communicate and close sales.
Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and terms to ensure favourable outcomes and maximize profitability.
Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommending actions for improvement.
Qualification & Skills required:
Min of 10+ years of experience in residential sales generating
Working for a developer or heading the sales function.
Managed a sales team and actively worked on their development and growth.
Multilingual with experience working with multinationals.
In-depth knowledge of Dubais real estate industry.
