Job Description

A leading firm in the real estate domain is actively seeking a Sales Director with a proven track record in Secondary Market Sales Management. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience, showcasing expertise in building, guiding, and overseeing a dedicated Real Estate Sales team that operates exclusively within the secondary market. We prioritize candidates who are goal-driven, able to cultivate relationships with existing clientele, and adept at penetrating new market segments.   • Spearhead revenue augmentation through direct networking or the establishment of fresh contacts.
  • Conceive and execute strategies to fuel sales distribution growth.
  • Craft and roll out sales operational processes, infusing best practices, and steering the sales contingent.
  • Formulate operation process strategies, ensuring compliance with established standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Draft comprehensive and persuasive proposals for clients, underscoring the complete value proposition.
  • Deliver precise cost estimates and calculations.
  • Harness industry knowledge and the value proposition to secure prospective clientele.
  • Spot and capitalize on new business avenues, bolstering the sales pipeline.
  • Report daily tasks and activities, project sales trajectories, and draft budgetary needs.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, maximizing networking opportunities.
  • Seal business deals by aligning client requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating contractual stipulations with operational mandates.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, fostering repeat business from existing clients.
  • Forge relationships with corporate clients at the highest echelons.
  • Surpass established sales benchmarks.
  • Champion digital and social media marketing initiatives.
  • Achieve monthly targets, continuously seeking avenues for enhancement within the Sales Team.
  • Promptly address challenges faced by clients, the Sales Team, or operational processes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
  • Quick to learn, exemplary networking prowess, sales acumen, outstanding customer service, the ability to meet set targets, and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business and operational development.
  • Possession of a valid UAE Drivers License and personal vehicle.
  • A mandatory RERA License.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
