The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership within the UAE and GCC markets, with strong knowledge of the regional business landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share, increase revenue, and achieve company targets in the UAE and GCC regions.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Foster a collaborative environment to drive motivation and enhance team performance.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and make informed business decisions.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Negotiate and close high-value deals.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
• Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost efficiency in sales operations.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior sales role, with a strong focus on the UAE and GCC markets.
