Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage client relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand presence and drive lead generation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5-10+ years of experience in real estate sales with a proven track record.
• Leadership or managerial experience in real estate.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking and data analysis skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market.
• Proficiency with CRM software and marketing tools.
• Real estate license and professional certifications (CRB, CRS) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
