Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and excellent leadership skills. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including property investors, agents, and brokers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify areas for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales collateral and promotional materials.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments, attending conferences and networking events as required.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar sales management role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability for travel as needed.
