Our client is looking to hire a seasoned Sales Director (DOOH) who can amplify their sales through innovative and strategic approaches. The ideal candidate should not only excel in sales within the outdoor advertising realm but also thrive in fostering enduring client relationships and steering the sales team towards unprecedented success.Key Responsibilities:- Craft and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to enhance the visibility and sales of cutting-edge DOOH advertising projects in Dubai.- Lead the charge in nurturing and expanding the company\'s portfolio of clients, ensuring robust, lasting partnerships.- Conduct detailed market research to understand potential clients\' offerings and target demographics.- Organize and helm meetings with prospects, delivering compelling advertising solutions tailored to their specific needs.- Work closely with the marketing team to develop media kits and promotional strategies that bolster the company\'s market presence.- Act as the company\'s ambassador at industry events, sales meetings, and professional workshops, showcasing our value proposition.- Employ effective communication techniques to persuade prospects of the tangible benefits of our advertising solutions, advising on optimal formats and strategies to achieve their marketing objectives.- Supervise the creation of advertising samples, ensuring they meet cli ent expectations and campaign goals.Requirements- A minimum of 10-12 years of proven experience in outdoor advertising sales, with a significant emphasis on digital OOH solutions.- Extensive knowledge of and connections within the local and international advertising agency landscape in the UAE.- A successful track record of fostering and maintaining client relationships in Dubai, both at a local and international level.- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive sales team performance and project development.- A client-centric mindset, dedicated to exceeding client expectations and delivering superior service.- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.Benefits- Competitive Salary Package + Benefits
