About Us:

Halo Group operates multiple business units across luxury interior fit-out, bespoke joinery, decorative paints, property inspection, and innovative protective coatings. We are looking for a Sales & Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Social, and Zoho Creator, who can drive our online presence, automate marketing processes, and manage multi-brand strategies across different business units.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & CRM Management:

Manage and optimize Zoho CRM for lead generation, sales pipeline tracking, and customer engagement. Automate workflows, lead scoring, and integration with email & campaign marketing. Conduct market research and implement data-driven sales strategies.

Digital & Social Media Marketing:

Handle Zoho Social and manage social media accounts for multiple brands. Plan and automate routine posts, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement across platforms. Utilize Zoho PageSense for A/B testing, conversion optimization, and website performance tracking. SEO management, AI-driven video marketing, and campaign execution for brand growth.

Email & Campaign Marketing:

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns & Mail. Develop and implement paid ad strategies across social media and Google Ads. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.

Zoho Creator & IT Support:

Develop custom Zoho Creator apps and forms to improve business processes. Support automation and integration across Zoho One applications. Troubleshoot Zoho-related issues and support the IT team when needed.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Proven experience in Sales & Digital Marketing with hands-on Zoho CRM, Zoho Social, and Zoho Creator expertise. Strong understanding of SEO, AI video marketing, campaign automation, and social media trends. Experience with Zoho PageSense, Zoho Campaigns, and market research tools. Background in IT, Zoho development, or Zoho certification is a plus. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
