Job Responsibility
• Develop extensive industry contacts and customer relationships that can provide timely customer access for working & partnering with key distribution personnel
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential markets, customer needs
• Analyze market trends, financial data, and industry insights to develop strategic business plans.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to evaluate the profitability of new business ventures.
• Develop and implement business development strategies, Sales Pitch and Sales Deck to achieve company goals and objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
• Closely monitor market and competition and propose action plan to respond dynamics
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
• Address client needs and provide solutions that align with their requirements and company capabilities.
• Manage Customers account including complaints and be the face front of the company
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, financial performance, and progress against targets.
• Work cross-functionally across the enterprise to identify key influencers, define gaps in products or services, develop/implement necessary tools to capitalize on opportunities
• Effectively develop and deliver product sales & services through seminars/webinars
• Work closely with regional sales managers and manufacturing representatives to ensure that high levels of quality and service are delivered in the territory
• Maintain customer contact to supply technical support, product information & new specs
• Carry out sales tasks required to support sales activities and document changing orders
• Stay abreast of new technology, market developments, relevant societies and competitors
• Report trends & developments to sales, marketing, and management personnel
• Support new product releases and new/adjacent account development
• Place strong emphasis on design excellence, professional integrity & customer service
Education:
• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, Electronic Technology, Power Systems, Automation or related science and engineering field.
Requirements:
• Valid UAE Driving license is a must + have own car
• At least 3-5 years of technical work experience in similar industry
• At least 3-6 years of work experience into Sales, Business development in GCC market
• Professional product/technical skills, communication and coordination skills
• Accept high-frequency overseas business trips
• Previous with sales experience, experience in international sales and/or construction industry shall be preferred
• Technical Experience (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Architectural) will be an advantage
• Proactive and ability to work independently and fast learner
• Travel to existing and new customers to further equipment and consumable purchases
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
