Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. This role involves reaching out to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with a pleasant phone demeanor, strong persuasion skills, and knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market. Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service within the Real Estate sector is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and leads from various sources, including online inquiries, marketing campaigns, and property portal listings.
Lead Qualification: Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs, answer basic questions about properties, and qualify leads for the sales team.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for property viewings, consultations, and meetings between prospective clients and our sales team.
Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database in CRM software with accurate details, including call logs, lead status, and follow-up information.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads, provide additional information as requested, and keep potential clients engaged.
Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients by providing a positive and informative experience on each call, establishing trust, and encouraging future contact.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on the company's current property listings, promotions, and general market trends to answer client questions effectively and promote relevant listings.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead quality, call volumes, and outcomes to the team leader or sales manager, along with insights into client feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field is a plus).
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle rejection and maintain a professional, friendly tone on calls.
Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and the Dubai real estate market; ability to identify and qualify leads.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills for call logging and database management.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
