Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy

Sales & Customer Support Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via WhatsApp, converting leads into sales, and delivering engaging product presentations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proactive sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through WhatsApp and other digital communication channels to address inquiries and provide product information. Convert customer inquiries into sales by offering suitable solutions and upselling products. Maintain a high level of customer service and build strong relationships with clients. Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations to potential and existing customers. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales conversions. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies. Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions to ensure satisfaction. Assist in digital marketing efforts by engaging customers through social media and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role. Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing platforms. Strong presentation and persuasion skills. Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Operating ERP knowledge.

Multilingual - Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: English, Arabic, Persian, or French.

Competitive starting salary:

AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 per month
