Sales cum Service Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales cum Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales and service coordination for our group companies. This role involves handling order processing, customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales and service departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Processing:
• Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all order details are correct.
• Monitor order status and update customers on delivery timelines.
• Sales Coordination:
• Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing timely information and assistance.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
• Liaise with group companies to ensure consistent sales strategies and practices.
• Service Coordination:
• Coordinate service requests from customers and ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with the service team to schedule maintenance, repairs, and installations.
• Maintain service records and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer loyalty.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and service activities.
• Assist in the preparation of invoices, quotes, and contracts.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with the procurement team for stock replenishment.
• Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with different departments across group companies to streamline processes.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-company or group company environment.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in order processing systems and CRM software.
