Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Gemstone Cleaning and Pest Control Services LLC, located in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our client base, as well as supervising and mentoring a team of sales personnel. This role requires a proactive approach in building relationships with new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing ones, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. Compensation includes a competitive salary plus commission on sales. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Supervise and mentor sales personnel, providing guidance and feedback to help them achieve their individual sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients, negotiate and close deals while leading by example.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations on products and services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and success in promotional campaigns.
Manage daily operations of the sales department, including analyzing budgets, and performing administrative tasks.
Monitor and analyze sales team performance to ensure goals are met and provide monthly sales reports to management.
Participate in industry events and conferences to generate business leads.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive with supervisory responsibilities, ideally in the cleaning or pest control industry.
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a flair for persuasive selling.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
